ADT Security Update – 27 July 2021

Fidelity ADT has received numerous reports recently regarding crime trends that may affect you. Below I have outlined areas with clear modus operandi.

Dawncliff – There has been a slight decrease in crime however we still see incidents of house break-ins, trespassing and theft of motor vehicles.

Beverley Hills – There has been a decrease in crime compared to the beginning of the year but we are still seeing incidents of house break-ins, trespassing and theft out of property. Suspects are on foot and are targeting electronic items and small items they can carry.

Upper Highway – The area is currently experiencing trespassing, break-ins and theft out of property. Suspects are on foot and are targeting easy to carry items. Crime appears to be opportunistic.

Pinetown – Both planned and opportunistic crime is a concern. Gate battery theft, house robberies, hijackings, vehicle related theft and home robberies are ongoing.
